RESERVATION NOTICE:
We need time to prepare for your perfect stay so; drop-ins or short notice reservations may be refused. Reservations
are generally accepted with more than 24 hours notice.
DEPOSIT
REQUIREMENTS:
Deposit amount required is full payment for a single night reservation and 50% of
total for a multiple night reservation. Reservation is confirmed only when
the deposit is received.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If notice of cancellation is given less than 14 days prior to intended
arrival date; no charge if able to fill the vacancy. Forfeiture of deposit will be 100% for a single night reservation or 50% of total for multiple
night reservation, if unable to fill the vacancy or if the reservation is
a 'no show'. No refunds for early departures. Refunds are made with same
payment methods and may be subject to additional third party fees.
CHECK IN / OUT TIMES:
Check in time is 4:30 pm to 9:30 pm. Check-out time is 9:30 am during the
weekdays and 11:00 am on weekends. Alternate arrangements may be made with
prior communications and a minimum of 24 hours notice.
CHILDREN:
Children under the age of 13 are not permitted at the bed & breakfast.
Children over the age of 13 are not permitted to be left unattended.
BREAKFAST TIMES:
Served hot breakfast is available from 5:30 am to 9:30 am. Breakfast
outside of those times will be available in the form of self-serve
continental style.
HOT TUB:
The hot tub is provided for our guests enjoyment. The hot tub is for
guests 18 years of age or older. No alcoholic beverages while in the hot
tub. Occupants with medical conditions that could be exacerbated by the
hot water are discouraged from using it. All use is at your own risk. No
lifeguard services are available.
DAMAGE POLICY:
All damages caused by neglect, misuse or abuse of the bed and breakfast are
payable upon check-out.
All monthly stays are required to make a damage
deposit of $500.00.
A
minimum charge
of $150 will apply to eliminate odours caused by smoking. As a
consideration to our non-smoking guests. Please smoke outside where there
are provided facilities. |
